This paperless meeting format is a practical application of digital transformation. All documents and materials were digitized and used throughout the Congress. This approach helped reduce printing costs, save time in document preparation, and enabled quick editing and distribution of materials.
"All exchanges and interactions between delegates and the congress organizing committee were clearly, transparently and quickly carried out through information technology applications. This helped us convey information to delegates faster and more accurately," said Bui Quang Huy, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
