BOX NOT IS KARAOKE SCREEN??
At startup box not is karaoke screen, tivi screen is android, blue screen…please help

When you start up Box, the karaoke program can’t be displayed because of 2 below reasons:
Option 1: Not install Karaoke program as defaulted. Please perform as follows:
On that tivi screen, click icon “six square” (icon on the top right)/ select “CAI DAT”/ “UNG DUNG”/ “TAT CA”/ then find app: “KARAOKE”
– If you can see it, it means that the karaoke software is remaining on your Box. Please find “TRINH KHOI CHAY”/ then select “XOA MAC DINH”/ and press “HOME”/ select “KARAOKE”/ click “LUON CHON” to back to karaoke screen/ “Done”
– If you can’t find KARAOKE, next to option 2.
Option 2: Loss the karaoke software for Box. You will have to reinstall it:
HANET send you the software for box in below link, please select fit version for your box.
HANET software version 3.5.2 ( For box was exported from 28/3/2014, you can check the exported period on the sticker on your box)
HANET software version 3.1 ( For box was exported before the date 28/03/2014, you can check the exported period on the sticker on your box)
Please download fit software for your box and copy to your USB flash drive, plug USB in your HANET box, perform as follows:
-Step 1: On that tivi screen, click icon “six square” (icon on the top right)/ select “CAI DAT”/ “Wifi”/ “BAT” to turn on wifi/ Select your home wifi to connect.
-Step 2:Press “BACK” to “Quan Ly Ung Dung” screen/ “File Manager”/ “Home”/ “UP”/ “SDB1″/ select the copied file (named “FinalHanetKaraokeBoxVersion…apk”)/ “OK”/ “Cai Dat”/ Done
-Step 3: Reset box. Have note “Hoan Tat Tac Vu Dang Su Dung”, select “Karaoke” and select “OK”. Done!
